Warranty Information

Sunrise Elevator Co., Inc. warrants to the original purchaser of this product, to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of one year, from the date of completion, whether or not actual use begins on that date.

Sunrise Elevator Co., Inc. at no charge to you, will either repair or replace, at our option, any defective part(s) including labor for diagnosis, repair, removal, installation and shipping of any replacement part(s).

All work to be done under the terms of this warranty is to be performed during normal business hours, Monday thru Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm, excluding holidays as schedule permits. Any request for services to be rendered after normal business hours, will be charged for labor at our overtime rates including travel time and expenses.

Any defects must be reported to Sunrise Elevator Co., Inc. in writing or by calling within the warranty period.

This warranty does not cover any physical damage or defects caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, modifications made by others, alterations, overloading, structural conditions, acts of God, (flood, lightening, fire, etc.) or exposure to abnormal conditions of temperature, moisture, dirt corrosion, etc. In Addition, failure to run or damage caused by inadequate or interruption of electrical service resulting in blown fuses and/or open circuit breakers is not covered.

 No other warranties are made, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose, shall extend this warranty. No responsibility is assumed for any incidental or consequential damages, some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and some states do not allow exclusion or limitation or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.

In case of non-payment for installation of elevator and/or any other payments due to us by you, this warranty is voided.
